Morton Wedding

This awesome wedding took place at The Skelly Lodge.  It was one of the most amazing places to have a wedding!  The wedding party stayed the night.  It was kind of like a bed and breakfast. 

I was so impressed with this couple.  They are so adorable and just as sweet!

Powerful Women....part 2

This is the one that I wanted to post first....but I wasn't sure how my friend would feel about it.  This just tells you how cool she is.   She wanted me to post it just in case anyone was going through what she has.  She is such a strong lady!  My stepson said that he had no idea she was even going through this.  He said...."Her wigs are awesome!"

Powerful Women

I have 2 friend that have cancer!  They are some of the most amazing women that I have ever met.  I have had the honor of taking their pictures lately.  

The first picture is Kelly...and she has on one of her beautiful wigs.  She is an amazing science teacher at my school.  She is finished with chemo and is stronger than I can ever imagine being! 

This is Geneva.  She is a fellow librarian!!  She is an amazingly positive person.  The last picture is of her family.  I wanted to show how much they are behind her in her fight with cancer.

He is really 2 1/2 weeks now...but who's counting!

Beautiful Wedding

Married in June

I had so much fun with this couple.  They will be married in June.  It did kind of make me feel old...because I had her in class in the 7th grade!!  

and...maybe my favorite one ever!!

I am a proud friend!

One of my favorite friends has 3 incredible daughters.   They are just really good girls.  The middle daughter is incredibly smart!  Smart in a way that you would think she might be a little nerdy....but alas...she is not.  She is soooo cool and beautiful and an amazing dancer and just got a kick butt scholarship to college and has great friends (one of which I really love) and apparently to top it all off she has some dreamy boyfriend.  So...the reason why I am wanting to brag on her is because she has just been named SALUTATORIAN of her class!!!!!  Can it get any better?  Congratulations from my family!  We are soooo proud of you!!!

Happy Birthday Baby Sister!

This is my baby sister. Today is her birthday and she has moved far away! I miss her terribly. I am proud of her for taking risks and doing what she needs to do. I feel like I partially raised her because I am 11 years older. I love her so much and I just wanted her to know....
